1. What this platform is

Mechanic on the Way is an advertising directory. Mobile mechanics are independent contractors who operate their own businesses and are solely responsible for the work they perform.

2. Service scope

The platform is limited to minor repairs and quick maintenance such as brakes, belts, batteries, diagnostics, sensors, oil changes, and basic tune-ups. Major engine or transmission overhauls are not supported.

3. Users and pricing

• Use is 100% free for vehicle owners.
• Mechanics pay a $30/month subscription to list their profile and accept jobs.
• Mechanics keep 100% of what they charge; we take no per-job commission.

4. Billing and cancellation

Subscriptions are processed by Stripe, renew monthly, and may be cancelled at any time effective at the end of the billed period.

5. Limitation of liability

We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services offered by listed mechanics. Any dispute is resolved directly between the vehicle owner and the mechanic.
